My name is Shaf Hamid Farahani.
I established my first bakery in Tehran in 1998.
My first production of cookies captured wholeheartedly my goal to create original, flavorful recipes.
I continued exploring, blending and cultivating unique flavors, ultimately making this a
core principle of my pastry and baking philosophy.
I soon expanded my repertoire with traditional Persian and French bakery-sweets.
After 10 years, I received my mastership certificate in the Food and Beverage Industry from the Professional Job Training Organization in Iran.
Upon my arrival in the US, I advanced with easy and passionate focus more deeply into my profession.
I have since designed a plethora of delicious bakery-sweet recipes that have stood the test of time, a personal milestone.
Combining tantalizing, scrumptious, memorable flavors is the key ingredient in my recipe for mastery of my profession.
I am pleased to announce I am established at Kandoo Bakery-Coffee Shop at two locations.
